Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms govern use of the Groza portal at https://groza.dvsoftware.net (the “Service”). By signing in you agree to them.
The Service
Groza lets authorized operators view live camera streams from assigned Raspberry Pi boards and, when enabled, send joystick commands to those boards. Access to a board is granted only when an administrator assigns it to your account.
Accounts
- You may sign in with a username and password issued by an administrator, or with Google if that option is enabled.
- Signing in with Google creates a Groza account using your verified Google email. That account is not an administrator account and has no boards until an administrator assigns them.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your password or your logged-in session.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that misuse the Service or the assigned equipment.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate operation of boards assigned to you. You must not:
- attempt to access cameras, controls, or accounts you were not assigned
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or the boards
- share live streams or control access with people who are not authorized operators
- use Sign in with Google in a way that violates Google’s terms
Privacy
How we handle account and Google sign-in data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided for operational use “as is”. Camera streams, joystick control, and sign-in may be interrupted for maintenance, network issues, or equipment failure. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
